How booking works
Send us your registration and details on WhatsApp. We come back with a quote and the next available slot — usually within 60 minutes for Dundee, longer for further afield. You confirm the slot in chat, we confirm it back to you, and the booking is set.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 1 hour before your booked slot, or until your fitter has been dispatched — whichever comes first.
If you need to change or cancel, just message us on WhatsApp. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is for us to slot somebody else in.
Once your fitter is en route
We dispatch the van once your slot is confirmed and prep is done — typically 30–60 minutes before the slot, longer if you're 1–2+ hours away. From the moment your fitter is on the road to you, our call-out fee applies if you cancel.
This isn't a punishment — it's the journey we're already making. We've been cancelled an hour into a 2.5-hour drive before, which means a wasted half-day for the fitter and no income for the work. The call-out fee covers the trip; it doesn't cover the fitting work, parts, or the slot we couldn't refill.
What if you're not there?
If we arrive at the agreed location at the agreed time and you're not there, we'll wait 15 minutes and try to reach you on the number you booked with. If we still can't reach you, the call-out fee applies and the slot is treated as cancelled.
What if the fitting can't be done?
If we get to you and the tyre is too damaged for the agreed work (e.g. you booked a puncture repair but the sidewall is cut), we'll explain the options on the spot — replace, recommend, or quote for a different fix. You only pay for what we actually do, plus the call-out if we travelled.
Weather, breakdowns, our side
If we have to cancel — van breakdown, snow blocking the road, anything outside your control — there's no fee from you, and we'll prioritise rescheduling you to the next available slot.
